When errors occur during activity of the ProxyInspector it is recommended to use the Error Reporting Wizard (Help -> Report a problem). The message created by this wizard contains all required data to be sent to the Technical Support Service of ADVSoft. The user can have the created message sent by the wizard directly or using any other appropriate method.
Using the wizard will simplify obtaining the technical details by the Support Service and make the problem resolution time faster.
